Ready-to-Wear Collections

All ready-to-wear garments purchased directly through our website are eligible for a return under the following conditions:

• Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this 3-day window will not be accepted.
• Condition: The garment must be completely unused, unworn, and unaltered.
• Presentation: Items must be returned in their original, pristine condition with all brand tags, labels, and packaging securely attached.

Bespoke & Customized Creations

Due to the highly personalized nature of our made-to-order services, customized dresses are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. Because these pieces are explicitly tailored to your unique measurements and design requirements, we cannot accept returns on them once production has commenced.

Quality Assurance & Alterations

We hold our artisanship to the highest standards. In the rare event of a defect, structural issue, or workmanship problem with a customized order:

• Inspection: We will gladly receive the garment to thoroughly inspect and correct the identified issue.
• Timeline: Once our quality assurance team reviews the piece, we will provide you with a clear, estimated timeline for the necessary alterations.
• Completion: The corrected garment will be promptly shipped back to you the moment the final adjustments are perfected.

How long we retain your data
